Note: This review is based from the RAW. I’ll update it after I get my hands on a subbed version. Done
So last episode just made me want to throw things at Kengo, I had that mindset going into this. I was presently surprised with it though. Also the next post will have some thoughts that some friends brought up that I thought I would share with my tidbits!
There was a few parts where they would have a tense build-up scene and then go ahead to show a light-hearted scene. Why have a tense scene if you’re not going to exploit it? Also it would seem people are still asking questions to Sonoda’s disapearance, I do enjoy that they don’t leave it there that she’s been banished. They have to deal with the repurcussions of banishing her to the Dark Nebula now. [I have a feeling we will see what’s inside this Dark Nebula in the future maybe] More questions are bound to be asked if you discard Hayami Virgo.
I don’t think you truly can break up your friendship Kengo. Why else would you be talking to yourself wondering about things like the dragon Zodart and the magphone. Funny how Rumi doesn’t even notice that Kengo’s not payin attention.
Not exactly sure about the extreme army thing, though JK got really into it. I get they need to search for the magphone. Miu sure loves that megaphone though.
Haha, Ryuusei and Kengo’s tension split by the rude Dragon Zodart. That made me laugh. Ryuusei sure learned the art of fleeing fast. He bolted out of there! Are they stupid or something you don’t stand there yelling at each other when you already know Meteor nor Fourze can beat this guy now.
Not exactly sure what Nozama forgot or has but that scene gave them a bit of screentime which was cool. [A white snake-skin helpin her sense the missing magphone]
With some help from Ryuusei maybe they can get through to Kengo. I’m going to guess and say it has to do with the magphone and the fact that Kengo and Gentaro are opposites like a magnet. [Totally was correct here but didn’t know Gentaro was askin Ryuusei to help Kengo out w. his job as part of the club]
Gentaro makes it to the track and we see Rumi being harassed by another teamate. We finally find out who is the Dragon Zodart. We only see Ryuusei for a minute before the next time we see him he’s already Meteor.
Cut to another scene of the others, they’re diggin a hole now. JK sure is gettin stuff on his face in this episode. That was funny though watching Miu push JK out-of-the-way, makin him fall face-first into mud.
And the mysterious case with other switches just appears… Right, I’ll let that slide this time. Why is it that every time they show an up close shot of Fourze I try to see what’s in the reflection? [I blame that scene in The Five Doctors from Classic Doctor Who where you can see the set in the monitor’s reflection, where they are talking to the First Doctor.] Everyone’s reactions when they see Fourze’s Magnet state was humourous. Also only took them till now to notice that Ryuusei is gone? How many times has he been out of the picture during these scenes? Of course Nozama with her ESP notices this.
Watching JK’s reaction to Gentaro & Nozama was cool. JK always seems to make the funniest faces. And I think Kengo and Gentaro are like water and oil. Poor Ryuusei for having to deal with these clowns.
